The main components of the qCSI Helsinki Instrument have finally arrived, and installation is underway. The Fast Multiplex Coherent Raman Imaging setup will be built around Olympus FV3000 confocal laser scanning microscope with Spectra-Physics InSight X3+ laser as the main workhorse for coherent Raman imaging. The laser comes with Newport SF-TRU Timing and Recombination Unit, which will allow fast hyperspectral imaging with its spectral focusing capability.
